Sapphire has just launched two new Radeon HD 7730 versions. But Sapphire version are facing low-end graphics card whose performance falls below a Radeon HD 7750, but is more than sufficient for multimedia and casual gamers or undemanding. Regarding to your specifications we find:

• 1 GB or 2 GB of memory.

It is in this last section where lies the great difference between the two models presented Sapphire HD 7730 1GB and 2GB. The first has 1GB of GDDR5 at a frequency of 4.5 GHz, while the second mounted with 2 GB of DDR3 at 1,800 MHz
Best option is ofcourse the model with 1 GB of GDDR5, as it allows a greater bandwidth and is more than enough for the resolutions to which it is able to work. The price of the model equipped with 1 GB of GDDR5 is about 70 euros and while the version with 2 GB of DDR3 is around 65 euros.
