The Aakash tablet is known for the result of a government program in India, with their aim being to create a financial product and easy to use that is accessible for students and schools across the country.
Unfortunately the result has not been, so far, all the good that was to be expected, mainly due to prices and bad end specifications that ended up showing the first version of Aakash, which, fortunately, could change with the fourth revision of this tablet. Yes, we are talking about Aakash tablet 4 or Aakash 4 tablet which is just revealed officially.
Datawind is responsible for making the previous models. Second revision is equally important that the government has given to the hardware level, and now its turn of proposing specification for Aakash tablet 4 i.e. pretty decent:
• 1 GB of DDR3.
• Dual-Core 1.2 GHz processor
• 4 GB SSD storage, expandable up to 32GB via microSD.
• Weighing less than 500 grams.
• Thickness of less than 0.75 inches.
• Battery lasting 5 hours browsing and 3 hours watching 720p video.
• Dual boot with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and Ubuntu.
• 7-inch screen.

Above specifications for $25 is really pretty good. But in past there is not a single version of Aakash tablet that has been praised in the reviews, soon we will publish the Aakash tablet 4 review, stay tuned with us, happy toipoing.
